The unfair competitive advantage
The first patents lodged related to “ground vehicular suspension systems“.
They in turn provided the basis for more than a hundred granted “improvement patents“, many of which are still in force.
Approximately 40 secret prototype were tested for the suspension invention and in top secret fashion. For the beautiful and idyllic town Dunsborough, it was very exciting but also obviously hush hush.
Vehicles were flown and shipped to Western Australia. The Kinetic team would check them each of these vehicles out and all the while, keeping it close to their chests. At the time there were 16 engineers and technicians
Pl part of the winning technology and teams show-cased in the World Rally and Dakar campaigns for three years running, the Kinetic technology gains internationally recognised.
Kinetic technology and entry into automobile races is banned due to unfair competitor advantage and unavailability to other competitors.
